Q: How many sizes do you offer?

A: At this time, we offer 3 sizes: 1. Dozen 2. Half dozen and 3. Single. Please stay tuned for more scrumptious colors & sizes.

 

Q: Why is the design so that the sides open?

A: The design of the Dozen and Half dozen cupcake boxes were created so that you have an alternative to remove the inserted tray from the sides.

 

Q: Are your cupcake boxes sturdy enough to be used for shipping my cupcakes?

A: No. These cupcake boxes are solely to be used for decorative packaging.

 

Q: Are your boxes safe for food handling?

A: Yes. The material used for these boxes have passed SGS testing and are safe for your cupcakes.

 

Q: Can I pick up from you?

A: All cupcake boxes will be shipped via USPS

 

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: Do you offer customized printing?

A: Not at this time, but please feel free to adhere your logo to the box! We would love to see how it works for you.

Q: How can I contact you to place an order

A: You can contact me anytime at either: jules@julescupcakes.com.

 

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes. We deliver anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. There is a $25 delivery fee.

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?

A: Typically 48 hours notice unless you have a challenging request that requires some time to prepare.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yes. You may order by the dozen (12) for regular size cupcakes OR 36 mini cupcakes.

 

Q: Do you write on the cupcakes?

A: We do not write on the cupcakes, but do offer a wide variety of toppers and or wrappers to make your cupcakes whimsical and fun!

 

Q: I am thinking about a flavor but don't see it on your flavor menu. Can you still make it for me?

A: As some flavors are seasonal and not part of our regular menu, please feel free to ask us.

 

Q: How do I take care of my cupcakes?

A: As only the freshest ingredients are used and no preservatives, we suggest you eat them the same day as purchased. If you choose to save for the next day, please store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

 

Q: Can I combine flavors with a minimum order?

A: All minimum orders will be one flavor of your choosing.
